Creating Structure for Growth and Assurance
The challenge: A newly formed directorate within a major public sector transport organisation needed visibility over commercial risks and a clear framework to guide upcoming development projects.
What we did: Delivered a Revenue Assurance Report to assess risk across current income streams and designed a Transformation Framework to structure future project delivery. We also advised on governance, KPIs and operating models to support long-term scalability.
