The challenge: A global airline was struggling with outdated finance systems, slow month-end closes and fragmented reporting.
What we did: Led a multi-phase SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, decommissioning 29 legacy systems. We also designed and delivered a full training and change workstream, upskilling over 5,000 internal staff and 18,000 external vendors to ensure smooth adoption.
The result: £5m in annual savings, significantly faster close cycles and high user engagement across the business and supply chain.
