The challenge: A multi-brand airline group needed to centralise FP&A in Eastern Europe without disrupting ongoing operations or reporting.

What we did: Led the transformation of FP&A operations, leveraging Oracle HFM to support group reporting, while building the foundations for a new Centre of Excellence. We introduced process governance, embedded change management and delivered targeted training across multiple business units.

The result: Seamless transition with no operational downtime, faster consolidation and a more cost-efficient, future-ready FP&A function.
