Natasha is the energy behind 11Bridge. A strategic advisor, speaker, and transformation advisor, she’s spent over 20 years helping organisations simplify complexity and lead change with confidence. From ERP selection through to post-go-live adoption, she brings people, data, technology and insight together in the right way, always with a focus on impact and momentum.

Co-founder & Head of Operations

Sukh is the operational heart of 11Bridge. A Chartered Accountant and experienced finance leader, he’s spent over 20 years helping organisations strengthen control, streamline operations and enhance decision-making. Now leading our AI in Finance capability, he brings automation and analytics into real-world use; practical, focused, and built for impact.

Proven experience in senior finance roles across group reporting, financial control and board-level support
Strong track record in statutory reporting, compliance, working capital optimisation and shared services
Expertise in designing and transforming finance processes, with a focus on automation and AI
Deep understanding of global finance operations, including FTSE 100 and high-growth businesses
